I particularly love the ending of Healing Creek because Talibah addresses her emotions and instantly comes with a solution, which is a moment of triumph. "Im off to drink water from the healing creek" This is not meant to give you a reason to drown your sorrows in a bottle of Jameson. It is a revelation. She has decided to uproot herself from this place of sadness, and enter the journey of acceptance, peace, and understanding.
