This has to be one of the most slept on projects of 2017. Devin The Dude takes a sensual approach when talking about the women, especially Mary. This is a cohesive project and even though he’s not the best vocalist, he still manages to make it all sound so damn good. The vulgarity, humor, intertwine with R&B/Soul instrumentals beautifully. Im almost positive you’ll reach a high, even if you don’t smoke. Devin the Dude gave us a classic Devin the Dude album and I’m here for every track.

Are you going my way. This lady had to be fine, he wanted to get to know her with all her kids. And based on the song, it sounded like a lot of them.. like more than 3. This track is hilarious, but Lisa Luv and Tony Mac complemented it perfectly.
Please Pass that to me. Honeydip is in town. This track is the epitome of Smooth and became an instant fave.
Acoustic Levitation. Music has the power to lift you up, so if you’re ever feeling down, put this in rotation. “Music Do This to Me ooh wee; Its so sweet. Right down to the doobie."
Tonight. Devin's island accent was awful, nonetheless it JAMS. 3rd verse is a hitter.
You Know I Wantcha! And you thought Drake made masterpieces about strippers?? I think the only difference in Devin and Drake is that Drake actually dates them. Devin, on the other hand, is struggling to get a simple lap dance from this stallion. In the midst of waiting, he sings of his fantasty with this beauty and watches her give dances to everyone, but him. Surprisingly, there's a lot of soul in this track. Hell, I even feel his struggle.
Apartment #8216. Weird, but I appreciate the story telling. It made me chuckle a few times.
